Sarah Noble

Sarah is an Advisor and owner at AIS Planning, where she brings both heart and strategy to the work she does with individuals, businesses, and the AIS team. She is deeply passionate about empowering women to feel confident, informed, and in control of their financial lives—whether that’s through one-on-one conversations, group education, or community-focused events.

Within AIS, Sarah works closely with business owners and plan sponsors in the Retirement Plan Services department, helping design, manage, and support retirement plans that serve both employers and employees well. She believes a thoughtfully designed retirement plan can be a powerful tool for financial wellness, retention, and long-term success—for both people and organizations.

In 2025, Sarah became an owner at AIS Planning and now also focuses internally on operations and marketing, helping shape systems, processes, and messaging that support the firm’s growth and client experience. She’s known for blending structure with creativity, and strategy with empathy—always with the goal of helping people feel supported, confident, and cared for.
