With a professional background spanning banking, financial services, business development, and organizational leadership, Sara is dedicated to helping AIS operate efficiently while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Within AIS, Sara oversees operational processes and works closely with team members to support the systems, workflows, and client service standards that help drive the firm's success. She believes that strong operations are the foundation of a great client experience and is passionate about creating processes that allow the team to serve clients with excellence, consistency, and care.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with family at their lake home, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
