Sommer Oslund

Sommer Oslund joined the team in March of 2025. Sommer is dedicated to delivering a seamless and responsive experience for clients. Drawing on her diverse professional background, Sommer brings a thoughtful and service-oriented approach to client relationships. Prior to joining AIS Planning, Sommer managed operations and led human resources for a retail/medical supply company. She also has a background in behavioral health sciences, which adds depth to her interpersonal skills and her ability to support clients with care and precision. Her own personal and professional paths have fostered a passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for as they work toward their financial goals. With a strong focus on service, Sommer takes pride in building trust and maintaining clear communication with clients. Sommer holds both a Bachelor and Master's Degree in the field of Social Work. 

Outside of work, Sommer enjoys spending time with her four children (watching LOTS of soccer), running, reading and traveling. GO BADGERS!
